Our one day event includes a large variety of activities which compliment our Diversity programmes. The whole day will be different, fun, innovative and completely experiential.
It will combine two important subject areas in just one day – Diversity and Team Building.
Why is Team Building important for Diversity?
Team building exercises are important for the group skills, communication and bonding that result. Taking employees out of the office helps groups break down political and personal barriers – and gives a practical focus to the benefits of diversity for your organisation. This dynamic and highly enjoyable programme is designed for teams who are keen to develop their performance further, challenge the way they work traditionally and provide new insights that can easily be taken back into the workplace.

The day is for groups of 12 – 30 delegates and suitable for all staff.
There are two options available:
An ‘In house’ course – this is where you provide a suitable training venue. The investment is only £1,500.00 per day + VAT @ 17.5%. Total cost being £1762.50 per day.
An open course – we will provide the venue. The cost per person is £150.00 + VAT @ 17.5%. Total cost being £176.25 per person. Open courses are taking place in Northampton, Birmingham and Manchester.
